NightWatch Dock Case Study

This project involved product design and global sourcing, with IPS managing supplier coordination and production setup. The NightWatch Dock brings together the functions of a charging dock, acoustic amplifier, and magnifying glass. By combining these capabilities, the NightWatch Dock transforms Apple Watch’s nightstand mode into a complete bedside alarm with a tap-to-wake feature to show you the time.

Soap Soundz Musical Soap

IPS supported this product through engineering, quality assurance, and mass production management across multiple production runs. Soap Soundz Musical Hand Soap plays fun and unique songs and sounds while you wash your hands. Patented pump design, custom ceramic bottles, seasonal soap scents all combine to transform the mundane chore of hand washing into a hand washing experience like no other.

International Product Solutions (IPS) was involved with this product from conception, developing it originally for a pharmaceutical company, and later for a consumer product company. Over 1 million bottles (and counting) of Soap Soundz have since been manufactured by us, with multiple versions being produced. recommended by an existing client to help with this product. Branded Golf Grips

This program required global sourcing and contract manufacturing, including factory selection and SKU scaling. IPS was contracted to source, develop and produce multiple size golf grips for a major golf accessories and equipment brand. We have produced hundreds of thousands of grips over 40 different SKU's and growing. We continue to innovate new grips that are marketed to major retailers under our clients brand.

Juka Innovations - TubShroom® Brand

IPS helped bring this product to market through product development and manufacturing, from redesign to full-scale production. IPS was consulted to help re-engineer the original "TubShroom" product for Juka Innovations, and has since become the main supplier for all their consumer product offerings. Starting with just one product idea, IPS helped build Juka Innovations line to include multiple line extensions and product SKU's. Juka product now appears in major retailers and e-commerce sites in the U.S. and global markets.
