Juka Innovations — TubShroom®
A first-time inventor came to IPS with a Kickstarter campaign and a silicone drain protector concept. IPS engineered the product for high-volume injection molding, sourced the factory, managed tooling and QC, and scaled production from first run to millions of units — now sold in hundreds of retail accounts nationwide.
NightWatch® Apple Watch Dock
An optically clear magnifying dock that turns Apple Watch into a bedside clock — and had to pass Apple's MFi certification. IPS managed precision tooling where a fraction of a millimeter in the lens meant pass or fail, ran optical clarity QA at the factory, and delivered a certified accessory sold through Apple's retail channel.
Soap Soundz® Musical Soap Dispenser
A patented soap dispenser that plays themed music and sounds on every pump. IPS engineered the custom PCB and sound-emitting diode, sourced and managed three bottle platforms — blow-molded clear, ceramic, and glass — and designed retail packaging plus Amazon-compliant remailers. Sold in 40+ retailers across retail, home shopping, and DTC, with millions of units shipped under the Soap Soundz brand and OEM labels across the US, Canada, and Europe.
Perfect Curve — Hat Organizing & Hanging Products
An Amazon-native brand needed a repeatable sourcing partner for a growing line of hat organizers, hangers, and closet accessories. IPS manages the full program — DFM, factory sourcing, landed cost modeling, QC, and DDP delivery to Amazon FBA — so the brand can focus on listings and growth while IPS runs the supply side.
